CALL FOR REGISTRATION OF CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS
The purpose of registration is for the Local Government to have an up-to-date register, also accessible to district residents, of the main data, fields of activity and tasks of civil society organizations in Erzsébetváros.
Registration facilitates communication between the Local Government and civil society organizations, strengthens opportunities for cooperation, and supports the organizations with financial and other means.
Eligible for registration:
Civil society organizations as defined in Section 2, point 6 b-c) of Act CLXXV of 2011 on the right of association, public benefit status, and the operation and support of civil society organizations, which
a) have their registered office in Erzsébetváros and operate within the administrative area of Erzsébetváros, or
b) have their registered office elsewhere but operate within the administrative area of Erzsébetváros.
Not eligible for registration are nominating organizations as defined in Section 3, point 3 of Act XXXVI of 2013 on electoral procedure.
Registration must be initiated on the Erzsébetváros e-Grant Management platform (https://palyazatkezelo.erzsebetvaros.hu) by providing the data in the annex to the call – identical to those in the court register – and attaching the following documents:
a) the organization’s founding document (statutes, deed of foundation),
b) a professional description of the activities carried out in the district and the programs implemented, up to 2 pages,
c) the signature specimen of the person authorized to represent the organization, countersigned by a lawyer or certified by a notary.
Applications for registration can be submitted at any time; the Notary issues a certificate of registration. Upon registration, the main data of the organization appear on the Local Government’s official website. The list of registered civil society organizations can be found on the www.erzsebetvaros.hu website under Transparency/Registers.

Please note that the Notary reviews the data of registered organizations every three years. If any registered data change, the Notary must be informed within 15 days of the change.
