Subject: Partnership notice – consultation stage
Dear Residents of Erzsébetváros!
We hereby inform the residents of Erzsébetváros, as well as the relevant advocacy groups, civil, business and planning organizations, churches and environmental associations, that Decree No. 25/2017 (X.09.) of the Council of the Erzsébetváros Local Government, the Erzsébetváros Townscape Protection Decree (hereinafter: ETKR), requires legal harmonization, as well as clarification of certain provisions of the decree and an extension of the list of locally protected buildings.
Under Section 2 (2) of Decree No. 17/2017 (VI.22.) of the Council of the Erzsébetváros Local Government (Partnership Decree), the documentation for comment and the planned date of the related online public forum are published on the website at the same time as this notice.
Under Section 3 (1) of the Partnership Decree, partners may express their opinion and make proposals and comments by the deadline set in Section 3 (2) in the following ways:
a) by sending written comments to the Mayor of the Erzsébetváros Local Government, District VII, Budapest,
b) by email to koncepcio.strategia@erzsebetvaros.hu email address.
Comments and proposals under Section 3 (2) may be submitted on paper or electronically within 8 days of the date of the public forum.
