Short description of activities: The Association aims to represent the interests of people with aphasia and to support their therapeutic health rehabilitation. Through their program, they help improve the quality of life of participants with aphasia and, indirectly, of their family members, and reduce the language and communication difficulties resulting from aphasia as a disability.
Music therapy sessions also support rehabilitation through music and by stimulating the right hemisphere of the brain, while strengthening and increasing the sense of belonging and the power of helping one another; and thanks to the choir’s performances, participants now offer experiences to other people themselves.

Our key goal is to fight global inequalities and injustices and to promote a critical global citizenship attitude through awareness-raising and educational activities. To introduce a global perspective into institutional education and initiate public discourse, Anthropolis has created and maintains: media and awareness-raising campaigns, educational programs and teaching materials, workshops and trainings, e-learning courses and documentary films. Our activities focus on key topics such as the cultural heritage of minorities, fair trade, migration, prejudice and racism, hate speech, gender equality, climate change and modern slavery.
Our educational activities are based on interactive, participatory methods such as Philosophy for Children (P4C), Forum Theater and digital storytelling. Anthropolis’s target groups are mainly teachers, educators, pupils, students and actors in the youth sector.

The MZÉ Association works on sensory and value-oriented personality development, using music-based psychomotor methods – movement psychology.
The association aims to spread a complex, positive way of life among older people, which significantly improves individuals’ physical and mental quality of life, and in parallel to obtain accreditation for movement psychology therapist training.
Music-based group movement psychology therapies can improve motor coordination (and thus the brain), bring inner and outer joy, and strengthen social skills.
The association also aims to organize community programs such as zumba classes, excursions, cooking together to promote healthy eating, especially the Mediterranean diet, and cultural events that help strengthen social ties and boost happy hormones. The association has launched a new cultural event series called Opera Guide, which introduces audiences to the world of opera in an interactive way.
The association places particular emphasis on improving the quality of life of older people. The Gold Zumba Team has been holding its training sessions at Kult7 (K11) for eight years now, where people with limited mobility are also warmly welcome.

Short description of activities: The Utcajogász (Street Lawyer) Association is made up of lawyers working in many different fields: among us are attorneys, in-house counsel, trainee lawyers, PhD students and law students. What we have in common is that we all believe access to justice is also due to those who cannot afford a lawyer. Our main activity is providing legal assistance to people living in poverty, mainly in homelessness or poor housing conditions.
Our legal aid service is free of charge. Anyone can write to us or visit our client service at Blaha Lujza tér. We receive people not in an office but at a table set up on the street. We have been running our in-person, phone and email counseling since 2010, maintained by volunteer work.
We regularly act against injustices in the legal system: we turn to the Constitutional Court, file complaints with the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, make public interest reports to the government office, and submit requests to the National Media and Infocommunications Authority. We monitor the laws affecting our clients’ lives and local governments’ housing and social decrees, draft proposals for legislative amendments and comment on professional materials.
