The Local Government grants medicine support to an applicant with a registered address in District VII who actually lives at that address, who is not entitled to public healthcare, whose proven costs for medicines or medical aids exceed 10% of their own income, and the per capita income in whose family does not exceed
a) HUF 190,950 for a person living alone or a single parent,
b) HUF 153,900 for a 2-person family,
c) HUF 133,950 for a family of 3 or more,
c) HUF 208,050 for applicants over 80.
The support is up to HUF 120,000 per year, which must be prorated for support provided on a regular basis. Support for buying glasses: HUF 35 000 every year from age 2 to 14, and every two years over age 14.
