Scholarship support

Scholarship support may be granted to students in the upper grades (5–8) of full-time primary school and in grades 9–12 of secondary school whose family’s monthly per capita income does not exceed HUF 190,950. Scholarship support may be granted to students whose grade average reached or exceeded 4.0 (on a 1–5 scale) in the first semester of grade 5 and at the end of that school year, and in each following school year’s mid-year and year-end results. The last application can be submitted based on the first-semester results of grade 12.

Monthly amount of scholarship support:

a) HUF 14,000 for a grade average between 4.00 and 4.50.

b) HUF 20,000 for a grade average between 4.51 and 5.00

The Mayor’s Office does not pay the granted scholarship support for July and August.

The support may be granted to an applicant with a registered address in District VII who actually lives at that address .
