Description:
Under Section 42/B (5) of Act XXVIII of 1998 on the protection and humane treatment of animals, during the dog census the owner and keeper of the dog must provide the data under paragraph (2) to the local government, in Budapest to the district local government, or, for areas directly administered by the Budapest Municipality, to the Budapest Municipality.
