Vehicles transporting persons with disabilities may enter and wait in the zone, provided the necessary conditions are met.<\/p><p><strong>\"Measures limiting vehicle access are continuing\"<\/strong><\/p><p>The reduction of through traffic in the area has been a process that has been ongoing for years, and the new traffic regulations are the latest step in this process.
