Eligible applicants:<\/strong> Kindergartens maintained and operated by the Erzs\u00e9betv\u00e1ros Local Government, District VII, Budapest, foundations supporting state-maintained and operated schools in the district, and the social and child welfare institution maintained by the local government.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II. Purpose of the call:<\/strong> <strong>support of summer camps held at the <\/strong>Support for summer camps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III. Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; kindergartens maintained and operated by the local government, and foundations supporting state-maintained and operated schools in the district, may apply for camps of at least 20 people,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the social and child welfare institution may apply for camps of at least 12 people.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants who did not account, or accounted incompletely, for the use of support received in the 2025 call are excluded.<\/p>\n<p>The same applicant may apply for several summer camp programs.<\/p>\n<p>The Balatonm\u00e1riaf\u00fcrd\u0151 holiday home<strong> capacity: 60 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The fees of the holiday home are set out in the annex to the call.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that <strong>the fees of the Balatonm\u00e1riaf\u00fcrd\u0151 holiday home only cover accommodation<\/strong>, so campers\u2019 <strong>meals must be arranged<\/strong> individually. <strong>Please take this into account when preparing the application budget and planning meal costs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IV. Available funds:<\/strong> Provided for this purpose in Decree 43\/2025 (XII.15.) of the Council of the Erzs\u00e9betv\u00e1ros Local Government, District VII, Budapest, on the rules of financial management in 2026: <strong>HUF 12,000,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The support conditions of this call apply until the funds are exhausted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V. Amount of support per application:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>min. HUF 150,000<\/p>\n<p>max. HUF 1,500,000<\/p>\n<p><strong>Form of support:<\/strong> non-repayable support paid in a single installment, in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Own funds required for the program: <\/strong>10% of the total budget of the program applied for.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>VI. Content of the application<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i><strong>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Application form <\/strong><\/i>(only the form attached to this call is accepted; there are separate forms for kindergartens and the social institution, and for school foundations), which includes:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the name of the applicant kindergarten\/school foundation\/social institution;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the applicant\u2019s bank account number and the name and address of the account-holding bank;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the planned dates and program of the camp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the number and age of participants;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the detailed budget of the program;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the amount of support requested;<\/p>\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the document <i><strong>\u201cDeclaration\u201d<\/strong><\/i> (for foundation applications)<\/p>\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the document <i><strong>\u201cDeclarations of the Applicant\u201d<\/strong><\/i> .<\/p>\n<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the <i><strong>\u201cTransparency declaration\u201d<\/strong><\/i> .<\/p>\n<p>Any justified cost directly arising in connection with the camp is acceptable. <strong>Personnel payments cannot be financed from the support!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The application form and its annexes<\/strong> can be downloaded from the local government\u2019s website:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.erzsebetvaros.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.erzsebetvaros.hu<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>VII. Deadline and method of submission:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications <i><strong>\u201cBalatonm\u00e1riaf\u00fcrd\u0151i t\u00e1bor 2026.\u201d (Balatonm\u00e1riaf\u00fcrd\u0151 camp 2026) <\/strong><\/i>and in accordance with the conditions of the call<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>by March 16, 2026<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>In person<\/strong> at the customer service offices of the Mayor\u2019s Office during customer service hours (Tuesday: 8:00-12:00, Wednesday: 8:00-12:00, 13:00-18:00, Thursday: 13:00-16:00) <strong>or<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>By post<\/strong> to the following address:<\/p>\n<p>Erzs\u00e9betv\u00e1ros Local Government, District VII, Budapest<\/p>\n<p>Culture and Education Department (1076 Budapest Garay utca 5.)<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Conditions for validity<\/u>:<\/strong> submission of the properly completed application form, with original signature and stamp, and its annexes in 1 copy by the deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Only <strong>applications submitted within the deadline and containing all required documents in full<\/strong> can be supported. <strong>Missing items may be supplied once<\/strong> . Requests to supply missing items are sent electronically; missing items may be supplied <strong>within 5 days of the electronic notification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant alone is responsible for the content of the application, the accuracy and feasibility of the data provided, and the presence of the required annexes, certificates and declarations. &nbsp;The Local Government may verify the accuracy of the data.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>VIII. Assessment of applications<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Education, Culture and Social Affairs Committee decides on the applications received <strong>within 30 days of the submission deadline<\/strong> <strong>; for school foundations, it makes a proposal to the Council on awarding the support.<\/strong> The Committee may award or propose a lower amount than requested.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants are notified of the result <strong>within 20 days of the decision <\/strong>electronically. There is no appeal against the decision.<\/p>\n<p>If a lower amount than requested is awarded, the applicant may, at its own discretion, withdraw from the support or fulfill the commitments in the application proportionally; this must, however, be properly recorded in the contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>IX. Accounting for the support:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The winning applicant must prepare detailed accounts of how the support received was used,<strong> which must be submitted in writing by September 30, 2026<\/strong> to the Culture and Education Department of the Erzs\u00e9betv\u00e1ros Local Government, District VII, Budapest.<\/p>\n<p>The accounts consist of a professional and a financial report.<\/p>\n<p>The detailed <strong>professional report<\/strong> , supported by photos, must show the purposes and activities for which the support was used.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>The financial report<\/strong> must include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span>endorsed and certified copies of the accounting documents <strong>proving the costs related to implementing the supported activity<\/strong>. <\/span>An advance invoice can only be accounted for together with the related final invoice.To endorse the original invoices, write on them: <span><i>\u201cAccounted for in the amount of HUF \u2026. \/ in its full amount against support contract No. \u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span><i>,<\/i>and on the copies of the invoices: <span><i>\u201cThis copy is identical in every respect to the original\u201d<\/i> , signed by the person authorized to represent the beneficiary and dated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The summary of documents under Government Decree 368\/2011 (XII. 31.) <strong>(document summary)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Certified copies of documents <strong>proving the financial settlement<\/strong> of the invoices&nbsp; (cash disbursement voucher, accounting records, bank statement, online account history)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; For documents proving personnel payments, or services or purchases of goods worth more than HUF 200,000, a certified copy of the <strong>contract<\/strong> certified contract <strong>copy<\/strong>must be attached. For purchases and services, a written order sent and confirmed is also acceptable instead of a contract.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>A declaration<\/strong> on VAT liability status and the right to deduct VAT related to the support; and that, before paying the costs listed, the Beneficiary checked their legitimacy and amount \u2013 and, for payments due after performance, also the performance itself \u2013 in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the support available under this call does not cover the tourist tax (IFA), which can be paid for persons over 18 by postal payment order (cheque) or bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>X.
